Jermon Bushrod OT Chicago Bears

Despite taking offensive tackles with their first round draft picks in 2008 and 2011, the Chicago Bears offensive line continued to play like shit. Fortunately for them, there is about a hundred offensive lineman in the draft and free agency that could play better. There off to a start servicing that offensive line today.

The Bears signed former New Orleans Saints tackle Jermon Bushrod today, a former 4th round selection out of Towson in 2007 and Pro Bowler each of the last 2 seasons. Bushrod has started 62 of 66 games he's played in in his 6 year career, and figures to be an immediate upgrade to the line that has failed to keep Jay Cutler upright. Now he'll have plenty of time to throw interceptions.

So here he is drinking.
