Brandon Holifield TE Mizzou
Freshman Missouri tight end Brandon Holifield was one of 5 Mizzou players suspended, along with 5 star wide receiver recruit Dorial Green-Beckham, for smoking marijuana by the Tigers stadium. Holifield was in the vehicle with 4 other players, but was one of two not arrested.
Now though, he has his very own marijuana charge to deal wtih. Holifield was allegedly pulled over Sunday morning just after 1 in the morning. No other details are available, but Holifield was charged with possession of under 35 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to provide a valid drivers license, and speeding.
Holifield was dismissed by the team just this past Wednesday for violating team rules. Looks like he won't be getting back on the squad anytime soon.
Holifield is a former 3 star recruit who only played one year of high school football before coming to Mizzou. He was expected to redshirt this upcoming season.
