Justin Blackmon WR Jacksonville Jaguars
In 2010 the new Jacksonville Jaguars first round selection Justin Blackmon was arrested for DUI leaving a Cowboys game and heading back to Oklahoma State. Now he has another charge to deal with stemming from an arrest early this morning.
Blackmon was pulled over by police at around 3:45 A.M. for driving to the left of the center lane. He was driving a white Chevy Tahoe and he was the only passenger in the vehicle, so wherever he was drinking he must not have been spitting good enough game. He drove four blocks before finally pulling over in a gas station parking lot. When police approached the vehicle and took Blackmon out they noticed that he smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet, and his eyes were glassy and bloodshot. To hurt Blackmon's case more he admitted to police officers that he had been drinking prior to driving. His BAC on the breathalyzer was a .24, or 3 times the legal limit. He was finally booked at 10:00 A.M.
Mike Florio is already all over the contract implications regarding the arrest. However, you can't be all that surprised; the Jaguars are used the blackouts.

Update: From BustedCoverage, it appears that a picture of the arrest has been floating around and it shows Blackmon in a Lakers jersey in the process of being arrested for DUI. Also, Blackmon's vehicle was still parked in the parking lot the next day while Blackmon was in jail.
