Dontavia Bogan WR San Francisco 49ers
Dontavia Bogan went undrafted out of South Florida last year, and spent the entire year on the injured reserve for the San Francisco 49er's last season with a knee injury suffered in training camp. He was released on Friday, and on Sunday he all but guaranteed he wouldn't be back.
Bogan was apparently waiting in line to get into a club in Scottsdale and was getting impatient. He approached the door and moved the rope that had people waiting behind it to get into the club. Bouncers told Bogan to stop messing with the ropes, to which he replied that he was coming in and "I spend thousands of dollars here and we have a table inside." Bouncers allegedly agreed with him but told him he still needed to step back. He then allegedly went crazy and started yelling and took a swing at a bouncer, missing, but striking a different bouncer in the face. The bouncers got on top of him and told him to calm down. After getting back up he swung at the bouncer again and hit him in the back of the head and then ripped off his shirt.
They held down Bogan again and he reached for his pocket and threatened to kill the bouncers. They then stayed on top of him until the police came and arrested him on charges of assault, disorderly conduct, and threatening.
