Derrick Nix C Michigan State

This year while playing in all 37 games, Michigan State center Derrick Nix averaged about 8 points a game and just under 4 rebounds a game. He is expected to a get more playing time next year with All-American Draymond Green going to the pros. For now though, he'll have to deal with a suspension from head coach Tom Izzo and an uncertain future with the Spartans.

Green was pulled over in his 2011 Dodge at around 12:20 A.M. and found to be in possession of marijuana. Because he was driving he was also charged with operating a vehicle with the presence of drugs. Both charges are misdemeanors and he was released on bond.
