Matt Barnaby RW Ex-Buffalo Sabres



Matt Barnaby, a former RW for the Buffalo Sabers among others who scored 300 points before retiring due to concussions in 2007, was arrested for DUI early Monday morning.

Barnaby, an ESPN hockey analyst, was pulled over at around 3:00 AM in his Porsche Cayenne for driving erratically. Sparks were flying from the car due to a missing tire and significant front end damage. Barnaby failed several sobriety tests, but refused to take a breathalyzer.

He was charged with with driving while intoxicated, Refusing to take a chemical test, the unsafe tires, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident as stated by the police captain.

This is his second arrest of the year. He was arrested for harassing his estranged wife's friend and trying to kick in his wife's door.

Update: ESPN has cut ties with Matt Barnaby, and now according to some sources he may get deported back to his native Canada.
