John Moffitt OG Seattle Seahawks
John Moffitt, an All-American last season with the Wisconsin Badgers, was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks with the #75 pick in the NFL draft this past season. He started the first 9 games of the season before suffering a season ending torn PCL and MCL. He was one of three drafted Wisconsin Badgers offensive lineman to get a starting role, only to end up on injured reserve.
Now, not that it matters, he's suspended the rest of the season for violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing substances. He can serve the suspension while on injured reserve, however will not be paid. His agent states that the substance he tested positive for was Adderall, which is allowed only if you have approval from the league. His agent also states that the Seahawks know he wasn't suspended for whatever everyone is going to assume it was, steroids.
So here he is drinking in his college days with Chicago Bears offensive tackle and first round pick Gabe Carimi, one of those before mentioned starters that ended up on injured reserve.
