Carlton Thomas, Isaiah Crowell, Ken Malcome RB's Georgia

Georgia running backs Carlton Thomas, Isaiah Crowell (above), and Ken Malcome were all playing in the Bulldogs game against SEC rival Florida when they won 24-20. Then a very convenient head coach Mark Reicht announced that the three running backs would be suspended for the next week -- against New Mexico State University.

Well it turns out that Thomas, Crowell, and Malcome all allegedly failed drug tests that were administered BEFORE last weeks victory over the Gators. When the results of the test were found out is unknown.

Isaiah Crowell leads the Bulldogs in rushing attempts, yards, and touchdowns with 144 for 689 yards and 4 touchdowns. Carlton Thomas is third on the team with 200 yards and 2 touchdowns on the season. Malcome so far this year is tearing it up with 1 carry for 0 yards. Georgia's second leading rusher Richard Samuel just had surgery on his ankle, and reserve running back Malcolm Mitchell is out with a hamstring injury, so the Bulldogs are down to their fourth rusher for the New Mexico State game.
