Jamaal Franklin G San Diego State

Jamaal Franklin, who helped San Diego State to a 34-3 record and a sweet 16 appearance, was supposed to get significantly more playing time after averaging 8.1 minutes and 2.9 points a game last season -- due to the fact that 4 out of 5 starters on the squad were gone.

Now the sophomore may face suspension depending on the outcome of his arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. No details have emerged regarding the arrest yet, but Franklin -- who turned 20 in July -- was arrested at around 4:22 AM. The BAC wasn't released, but due to the fact that he is under 21, the limit for him is just .01 in California.

Head Coach Steve Fisher is supposedly aware of the incident and waiting for more details.
