Austin Johnson LB Tennessee
Austin Johnson, the Tennessee Volunteers starting middle linebacker for this upcoming season, found himself in a bit of legal trouble when he was arrested on Sunday on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Allegedly, according to Vols beat writer Austin Ward, Johnson was trying to fight a white male, and was hitting parked cars while by the establishment the Tin Roof and was arrested around 3:50 AM. The police report allegedly states that "Johnson was seen with blood-shot eyes, slurred speech and smelling of alcohol" and then he told the police that he was drunk before being taken downtown. The incident involving the senior is being investigated by the University.
