made some other taunts in last nights game that apparently fired up the Eagles enough to put almost 60 points on the board.
First comes from Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Mike McGlynn: “Landry came and spit in my face, and that fired us all up, We were looking to really put the afterburners on them. It’s good to see that we came out and score 60 points, almost. We all want to play the game with all the respect in the world, but when you’re disrespectful like that. . . . I just think there has to be more respect for the game than that. It’s a terrible thing, and we said, ‘Let’s just keep pouring it on them.’”
He claims he spit on him following the extra point that put the team up 21-0, and later in the 4th quarter when the Eagles were trying to burn the clock away.
Next comes from DeSean Jackson: “He brought up my concussion, and said, ‘I’m going to put you asleep again,’”
Landry and cornerback DeAngelo Hall were apparently seen making pillow gestures with their hands and saying, "night, night" to DeSean Jackson prior to the game which may have led to the middle of the field almost skirmish prior to the game, and certainly led to the 88 yard touchdown burning of Hall and embarrassing of Landry. This also might explain why Vick stayed in the entire game. Or as Cardinals defensive lineman Darnell Dockett put it, "Vick doing so good, he got dogs cheering for him"
