Ray Feinga was signed to the Dolphins active roster from the practice squad due to an illness that was making John Jerry unavailable to play on October 1st. On October 4th he was cut from the team. On October 5th he was suspended 4 games by the NFL. Feinga, like Zak Keasey below, had not had the reason for the suspension announced, however 4 game suspensions are characteristic of either positive drug tests suspension, or positive PED test suspensions. Feinga, in 2009, was third at the combine at his position for bench reps with 30, but did not participate in agility drills due to a pulled hamstring. Feinga has been in camps with the San Diego Chargers and the St. Louis Rams as well as playing for the Miami Dolphins.
