DJ Hall WR, Darwin Salaam WR Ex-Alabama

DJ Hall, a former standout for Alabama who spent an offseason with the New York Giants and spent time on the Oakland Raiders practice squad, and Darwin Salaam, a former walk on wide out were arrested on possession of marijuana as well as other charges. DJ Hall, who set several Alabama football records (194 receptions and 2,923 yards 17 touchdowns) and Salaam were apparently smoking marijuana in a hotel room when other occupants of the hotel complained about the smell. Police came to the room and hit the jackpot, the found a small bag of marijuana, three glass jars full of marijuana, boxes of sandwhich bags, a digital scale, adderal, and a Kassnar Imports 9MM pistol. Both have been released on $30,000 bond. Hall, most recently, was a member of the Winnepeg Blue Bombers of the CFL, while Salaam has been playing sem-pro ball in Alabama.
