Quan Sturdivant LB North Carolina

Senior Quan Sturdivant, widely considered on of the best outside linebackers in college football, was arrested for misdemeanor marijuana possession. The All-ACC LB and preseason All-American was arrested Saturday morning and has a court date on August 2nd -- the same day the Tar Heels begin training camp. Sturdivant passed on the NFL to come back to NC after leading them in tackles, and now he will face a suspension from head coach Butch Davis.

Late Update: Sturdivant's drug charge was dissmissed after he entered a deferred prosecution agreement. He has to do 24 hours of community service and enter a substance abuse assessment.
