Peter Singer S North Carolina State

North Carolina State recruit, Peter Singer, has been on the wrong side of the law for the third time in a year, and for the third time, it was alcohol related. Drink up Singer.

This time, Singer was arrested for Driving after consuming alcohol under age 21, possession of a handgun, and simple possession of marijuana. The arrest happened the same day that he got a Prayer for Judgement Continued (PJC) for a DUI arrest on March 2009. Singer only blew a .07, under the legal limit to drive, but its a not a drop law if you're under 21, so a couple years from now he would have been scot free. Minus the gun. And the weed. Other than that he was basically in a the clear, right?

Theres a reason tho, why he is still considered a recruit for the team instead of getting his scholarship revoked, and his name is Robert Crisp, the 5* OL and #2 player in North Carolina lives under the same roof as Singer, and Singers dad is the legal guardian. Package deal kind of thing I'd assume.
