LaVar Arrington LB Ex-Washington Redskins
I reccomend everyone listen to LaVar Arrington's epic rant at Clinton Portis at The Washington Post. It came after Portis said that LaVar "didn't want to be in D.C. any more. He gave back $15, 20 million to leave D.C., because he felt like he wasn't the main money guy, because everybody was getting [paid]....It was like whoever gets the money was the captain." Listen to the actual rant instead of reading it, reading it does little to no justice.
The 3 time pro bowler for the Washington Redskins had an injury shortened career after being selected 2nd overall in 2000. He left the Redskins in 2006 and went to the New York Giants, he never played again after getting seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident that included a broken forearm, deep cuts in his leg, and broken lower vertebrae. Now he is working in broadcasting, at age 31.
